Located on Beautiful Lake Barkley this newly renovated one-bedroom apartment includes a separate living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an oversized deck. Enjoy a beautiful resort setting that includes swimming pool, boat slips, restaurant & boat rentals. Elm Place is available for rent year-round with heat and air conditioning. Newly installed luxury vinyl tile, new window treatments, a new Smart TV, and complete kitchen accessories, supplies, and equipment make for a magnificent getaway spot.

Harbor House

This lakefront house is a dream. Sitting on the property of Eddy Creek Marina Resort, this home overlooks Eddy Bay with gorgeous views on the water. The house has 4 bedrooms including two rooms with Twin over Full bunk beds and a jack ‘n jill full bathroom upstairs. The lower level offers a room with 2 queen beds and a master suite with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa with a full bathroom ensuite. There is plenty of space for guests to unwind upstairs in the open concept great room/dining room and kitchen all with large windows overlooking the marina. The 2.5 bathrooms come equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Included in this rental is use of the resort pool and beach areas. Enjoy the outdoors on the large screened in porch while you kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Lake Barkley and our house has to offer.

RV Park

Eddy Creek’s RV Park is a private retreat with all the comforts of home. Sites are spacious and are located near our community picnic/observation area and playground. Relax around the fire pit or enjoy a meal alfresco at one of our picnic tables. Bathhouses are located within easy walking distance, and the marina and restaurant are nearby. Golf carts, while not a neccessity, put all areas of our property within easy access and are always welcome!
